1. Returns
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The product must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
- The item must be in its original packaging, with all tags, labels, and accessories included.
- You must provide proof of purchase (e.g., order number, receipt).
Non-Returnable Items:
- Items that are used or damaged after delivery.
- Customized or personalized products.
- Sale or clearance items (unless they arrive damaged or defective).
2. How to Initiate a Return

Please note:
- You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning the item.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
3. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be applied to your original payment method.
Late or Missing Refunds:
- If you haven’t received your refund after 7 business days, first check with your bank or credit card provider, as processing times may vary.

4. Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged item and wish to exchange it, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or provide instructions for returning the item for an exchange.
5. Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet been shipped. If your order has been processed and shipped, you will need to follow our return process once the item has been delivered.
